Tai Chi can be used as a martial art, for health benefits, or for spiritual growth. Our focus ​is on Health and Spiritual Growth.​​
The movements are slow and graceful​, and the focus is on your breath.​ There are different styles of Tai Chi- we generally use the Yang style. Members of the class are encouraged to expand their understanding of the art, and to seek training with a Tai Chi master.
​We also explore other Eastern philosophies, such as Reiki, Yoga, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Meditation,
and others that come up in class discussion.
